Voyage (means “Travelling” in French) was born out of Harris Vertu’s “joy of life” philosophy, where guests Taste the Journey. Voyage offers different types of cuisines of the world complete with few wellbeing elements like fruit, vegetables and yoghurt.
Guests can walk around and pick the fresh ingredients, to be cooked in a variety of way available. The stations are decorated as a market and accentuate the nations where the cuisines originally came from. Along with the rustic ambiance, the wide selection of dishes will transport the guest to different corners of the world.
